We believe in a strong partnership between our center and your family. We are always here to answer your questions and keep you informed.

• What are your hours of operation? We are open Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
• What is your approach to communication? We use a digital platform to provide daily updates, photos, and messages about your child’s day. You can also always speak with our staff in person.
• Do you provide meals and snacks? We provide nutritious, age-appropriate meals and snacks that are prepared on-site. We can also accommodate most dietary restrictions and allergies. Our center has a commercial kitchen approved by MSDE and the Baltimore County Health Department.
• How do you handle health and safety? We maintain strict health and safety protocols, including regular sanitization, a secure entry system, and a trained staff certified in First Aid and CPR. We conduct periodic fire drills for added safety. Our entire building is fully fire sprinklered. In addition to the sprinkler system, we have an elaborate fire alarm system.
